| 摘 要： | 衡量社会成员对公共产品需求一直是公共经济学的热点领域。20世纪以来，国外学者围绕公共产品均衡供给与需求关系、公共产品需求识别方法及公共产品影响因素与供给政策改善等问题进行了一系列理论和方法上的探索，对这些理论和方法的学习和评价有助于我们正确理解公共产品需求问题。

| Abstract: | Measure the social member＇s nowadays. Since the 20th century, foreign demand for public goods is a hot topic in public economies scholars mainly research the following problems： the relation of public goods equilibrium supply and demand,the method of estimating the public demand and in- fluence factors on the public goods demand and supply policies improvement, and they have acquired some new development in theory and methodology. Through the study and evaluate such theory and methodology we can further understand the public goods demand. |
