用平均收入界定我国"中等收入者"的实证分析

本文认为,正确界定我国的“中等收入者”,有利于更好地实现党的十六大提出的共同富裕的目标。文章从我国的基本国情出发,运用实证分析的方法论证了我国现阶段“中等收入者”的基本概念,并提出了用当时当地的平均收入界定我国“中等收入者”的观点,较人均GDP更能准确反映人们的收入状况,体现其收入的地域性和相对性特征,真实体现城乡居民的实际生活状况。用平均收入界定我国“中等收入者”考虑到我国特殊的国情,一是在贫富悬殊、基尼系数偏高的地区,平均收入界定“中等收入者”会出现偏差;二是个人收入的不透明,难以准确计算平均收入。

An Empirical Analysis of the Middle-income Class in China

Correctly defining the concept of middle-income class conduces to realize the aim of pervasive affluence that was put forward by the Sixteenth Congress of the Chinese Communist Party.The author explains the concept of the middleincome class with empirical analysis, and gives the viewpoint that the middle-income class should be defined by using the current local average income.At the end of the paper the author emphasizes that all of the viewpoints are based on the China's national fundamental conditions and the empirical analytic method.
