新公共管理理论对完善我国高校管理队伍建设的启示

本文运用新公共管理理论的主要思想，分析了当前我国高校管理队伍的现状以及存在的问题，从公共管理研究的角度，对影响高校管理队伍建设的成因进行剖析，提出了新公共管理理论的主要思想对加强和完善高校管理队伍建设的借鉴和启示。

The Inspiration of New Public Management Theory to the Construction of Management Team in the Universities of China's

This paper presents findings from analysis of the main problems and the current status of the management team in colleges based on the main concepts of New Public Management theories. The paper, which from the perspective of public management research, analyzes the restrictive factors existing in the current construction of management team in colleges, and it put forward the main ideas of the management team to strengthen and improve the con- struction of colleges and universities for reference and inspiration.
