To Build a Dual-cycle Development Pattern for Industrial Economy in Jiangsu

To speed up the implementation of a new dual-cycle development pattern with domestic cycle as the mainstay and the domestic and international cycles reinforce each other is a strategic decision made by the CPC central committee in the light of the changes of development stage and environmental conditions of our country.As industry is a pillar of its economy,Jiangsu should proceed from its stengths for development,keep key technologies under control,speed up the construction of industrial chains and supply chains dominated by domestic corpattions,and strive to improve the stability and modernization level of the chains.Jiangsu should rebuild the strengths of international cycles by taking advantage of the competitive edge accumulated by the domestic cycle so as to reinforce its role in the global industrial chains and value chains,to consolidate and enhance the supply capacity of Jiangsu industry in the participation of the domestic and international cycles,and to be a fine example of it.
