| Abstract: | At present,the“river chief system”has been widely implemented nationwide and gradually matured,but there are also many problems in the process of implementation.To build a scientific and effective performance appraisal system is an important guarantee for the overall implementation of the system.Taking the upper reaches of the Yangtze River as a sample,on the basis of literature review,this paper studies the performance evaluation system of the system from three dimensions of index evaluation,work evaluation and public evaluation,in order to further improve the supporting system of the system and promote the long-term development of the system. |
