| 摘 要： | 企业管理活动的核心任务是追求经营绩效的持续改善。本文运用系统论的分析方法,设计了企业经营绩效模型,分析了改善企业经营绩效的途径。最后,借助企业绩效模型,对20世纪90年代以来的新兴管理理论进行了整合。
