| 摘 要： | 日装车计划的审批是铁路局的一项重要工作。通过详细分析铁道部的清算办法,总结出了日装车计划的清算收入、运输成本以及运输效益的计算方法,对系统进行了需求分析、模块设计、数据库设计与流程设计。在设计的基础上,以vs2005为开发工具c、#为开发语言,开发出了铁路局日装车计划运输效益计算分析系统,并利用郑州铁路局的实际数据,对软件进行了实例研究。结果表明该软件能够帮助货运调度人员进行批车决策,对铁路局提高日装车计划的运输效益有一定的指导意义和参考价值。
