无锡市商业领域利用外资规划的指导思想与原则的研究

无锡商业领域利用外资提升了无锡商业的层次,改变了商业投资主体单一化格局,弥补了商业发展资金的不足,为无锡商业发展注入了活力。但也存在利用外资的比重还很低,先进业态欠缺等问题。文章阐述了无锡市商业领域利用外资建立布局合理、功能齐全、统一开放、竞争有序的商业体系的指导思想与一系列原则,提出了无锡市商业领域利用外资的政策及措施。

Principles of Foreign Capital Exploitation in the Commerce Sector of Wuxi City

The foreign capital exploitation in the commerce sector of Wuxi City has so far improved the quality of com-merce and activated the commerce development in this area for it has changed the monotony of commerce investment by the government and made up the capital shortage.After analyzing the problems of foreign capital exploitation this paper puts forward a few policies and measures to be taken and the main principle: to be established is the commerce system which is rational in the layout,complete in functions,open to orderly competition,and unified in management.
