| 摘 要： | 对于“企业使命”的论述,目前存在严重的概念重叠、交叉混用现象。这给学习、运用带来了诸多的困惑与不便。鉴于此,本文尝试运用价值工程的思想,整合企业使命定义,进行企业使命功能系统分析,提出企业使命制定步骤,旨在为“企业使命”的研究和运用,提供较为清晰的脉络和务实的思路。

| Abstract: | At present, regarding the elaboration of "enterprise mission", there is the serious phenomenon that concept overlap and mix alternately, which has brought many confusion and inconvenient for the study and the utilization. In view of this, this article is attempting to use the thought of VE, to conformity enterprise mission definition, to carry on the functional system analysis of enterprise mission,and to propose the formulation step of enterprise mission.The purpose is to provide the research and utilization of "enterprise mission" with a clearer vein and the practical mentality. |
