| 摘 要： | 金融发展通过增加人力资本投入、提高人力资本生产效率和物质资本投资对人力资本存在正外部性等途径，促进人力资本积景与经济增长。金融发展与经济增长之间呈互相促进、互为因果的双向关系，并导致金融发达、经济高增长的高度均衡和金融欠发达、经济低增长的低度均衡并存。

| Abstract: | The paper makes a review on theoretical research in the relationship between financial development and endogenous economic growth basing on human capital accumulation. Financial systems stimulate human capital accumulation and economic growth through increasing investment in human capital, improving productivity of human capital and positive externalities of physical capital investment on human capital production. Financial development and economic growth display a causal and inter - stimulating relationship and result in the coexistence of high equilibrium charactering with developed financial system and high growth rate and low equilibrium charactering with undeveloped financial system and low growth rate. |
