工资差异的国内研究综述

摘    要:工资差异问题实质上涉及到"公平与效率",因此引起了国内学者的广泛关注。本文对有关工资差异的研究文献进行了梳理,总结了工资的地区差异、城乡差异、性别差异、行业差异、所有制差异以及对国外工资差异的考察等研究成果,并指出进一步研究的方向。

Abstract:The problem of wage differentials involves fairly with the efficiency and fairness,therefore it has a- roused the domestic scholar's widespread interest.This article carries on to the related wages differentials research literature has combed,summarized research results and so on wages regional disparity,city and countryside differ- ence,sex difference,profession difference,system of ownership difference as well as to overseas wages difference inspection,and points out further studied direction.
