随着中国经济体制由计划经济向市场经济的转变，社会诚信问题及社会诚信体系建设越来越受到社会的关注。2006年7月，调查组筹划并实施了北京诚信指数调查，其结果显示了这个城市各个领域的诚实和信用状况。总的来看，诚信水准不很高，总诚信指数为58分，北京市政府63分，最低得分是企业，仅57．2。

Survey on Beijing Credibility Index

With Chinese economy system transforming from planned economy to market economy, the problem of credibility attracts the attention of all society even more. In July 2006, the investigation group projected and carried out Beijing Credibility Index Survey, which shows the credibility and trustworthiness in all aspects of Beijing. In an overall view, the credibility level is not very high, the Credibility Index scores 58 points in general, the Beijing municipal government scores 63 points, and the lowest score is that of business organizations and corporations, only 57. 2 points.
