摘    要:港口城市集装箱储运企业物流人才的管理需要按照职业带的理论,根据不同职业带中不同层次的人才的特点,对其流动的原因、利弊进行分析,采取一定的管理方法,缓解人才流动过快带来的负面影响,逐渐解决人才不合理流动问题。

Abstract:This papoer gives an analysis on management of trained personnel with container service enterprises in coastal port.It provides the analysis on the reasons and both advantages and disadvantages of trained personnel flow according to the theory of occupation areas and the characteristics of different occupation levels,tries to find an effective management methods to control and reduce the unfavorable influence which is caused by flow of trained personnel in unreasonable way.
