| 摘 要： | 本文对1991—2006年各省的专利申请量和GDP的面板数据的协整和固定效应分析得出：一是专利申请量和GDP之间存在长期的稳定关系，技术进步对经济增长起着很大的作用；二是固定效应的截距项反映各省的基本面由于技术进步对经济增长的拉动作用的不同，同时也反映了各省处于不同的技术阶段。

| Abstract: | From the analysis to co-integration and fixed effects of patent and GDP panel data of each province of 1991-2006 years, the conclusions can be got: one is a long-term stable relation between the patent application quantity and GDP, and the technique progress have very big function to economic growth; the other is the basic situation of each province from those intercepts of fixed effect pulls economic growth different, also reflects each province is placed in a different technique stage. |
