| 摘 要： | 改革开放30多年来，我国区域经济的“俱乐部收敛”现象日趋明显，区际产业转移有利于区域经济平衡发展。基于企业利润最大化的理性考虑，产业转移与产业集聚的互动构成具有正反馈效应的经济动力系统。产业集聚的形成伴随着产业转移，而经济系统发展到一定阶段，产业集聚的稳定性会随着产业转移而发生动态演化。
