| 摘 要： | 青年期是自我意识急剧发展并趋向稳定的关键时期,其发展构成青年心理发展总貌中颇具特色的一个组成部分,对处于青年中期的大学生各方面主观能动性的发挥具有直接的调节作用。要根据大学生自我意识的发展特点,培养大学生正确的自我意识,以造就具有健康人格的人才。

| Abstract: | Adolescence is a key period of rapid development and tendency stability in self-consciousness. The development comprises a characteristic part in the whole development of psychology of the youth, and plays a directly adjusting role in facilitating the overall initiative motives of the university students in the middle of their adolescent period. It is great help in training more talents with healthier personalities for the society to have an approach to the developmental characteristics of the students' self-consciousness and the methods of training. |
