| Abstract: | This article will start with the FDI characteristics of Chinese corporations, and then analyse the influence factors. And by building a costeffect model, we will find that the choice of Chinese corporations between these two modes depends not only on the entry cost of enterprises, but on the vehemence degree of scare buying the target enterprise and integration costs and effects. |
