摘    要:物流工程人才培养涉及机电、交通、信息、通讯、管理、经济、规划等多学科知识和技术,很难在各个领域都十分深入,如何恰当地把相关“软”科学与“硬”科学有效结合,形成合理的专业方向,是物流工程人才培养的难点与重点。该文从培养目标、课程体系、科研能力和实践教学等方面对物流工程专业物流设备方向人才培养进行了研究与探讨。各高校要依据原有学科的优势和学校所在省份的需要,形成自已鲜明的物流设备人才培养特色。
