| 摘 要： | 随着我国农村和农业宏观环境的变化，近年来，我国农业合作组织得到了长足的发展，这种农业合作组织区别于我国历史．上带政府组织性质的农民合作社，可以被称为“新农合”组织。文章从农业经营的经济学特点出发，以制度经济学为理论依据，分析了“新农合”组织发展的必然性，并对当前“新农合”组织发展中存在的问题提出了一些对策性建议。
