建筑工程项目成本管理策略研究

On the management strategies of the project cost of construction engineering

Project cost management not only determines the situation of capital distribution and utilization in enterprises,but also has important significance for the future long-term planning and development in construction enterprises.Limited by the traditional management thinking,engineering units lack of advanced cost control mode,which lead to the investment capital is difficult to achieve the best return,and affected the implementation of the fund raising and fund distribution program.In the new era,the internal competition within construction industry is increasingly severe,and it is essential to make comprehensive management strategy for project cost.In view of this,this paper specifically analyzes the concrete composition of the project cost,and proposes targeted cost management program.
