城市商业银行发展现状、国际经验与改革方向

城市商业银行作为国内金融业的小字辈，一直生存在国有商业银行和股份制商业银行的夹缝之中。经过多年的发展，城商行已经取得了不俗的成绩，宁波银行、南京银行和北京银行还先后上市融资，但是部分城商行尤其是二线城市的城商行发展仍然面临重重困境，在金融开放的大背景下，城商行不仅要面对国有商业银行和股份制商业银行的挤压，而且还要应对来自外资银行的挑战，部分城商行已经通过重组改造扩充资本金，获得不错的发展，但此类改造也存在不少问题。本文拟从城商行的发展现状出发分析其发展所面临问题及深层次原因，并借鉴国外中小金融机构发展经验对城商行的重组和改革方向提出见解。
