摘    要:低碳城市建设涉及经济、社会、人口、资源、环境等多个领域,是一项复杂的系统工程,其发展和形成有着深层的驱动力和发展机制。本文从低碳城市建设的动力机制入手,通过对东中西东北四个区域发展低碳城市的难点进行分析,提出我国低碳城市建设的路径。

Abstract:Low carbon city construction which involves economy,society,population,resources,environment and other fields is a complicated project of systems engineering.Its development and formation have deeper driving forces and development mechanisms.This article starts from dynamic mechanism of low carbon city,analyses the difficulties of low carbon city development in the east,the mid,the west and the northeast of China,puts forward the paths of low carbon city construction in China.
