| Abstract: | By using the old city renewal theory under the concept of eco-city,the article starts on the analysis of " San-jiu" area situation,and then gets a thorough understanding of the definition and significance of " San-jiu " transformation.From the contents that the eco-city should have to explore,the article discusses how to construct a ecological city by using the technology management,land consolidation and economic innovation development model of the " San-jiu " transformation. |
