探索农民工城市社会融合之路——基于社会交往“内卷化”的分析

农民工的城市社会融合是当前我国城市发展中的突出问题。从社会交往的角度看,农民工城市生活仍然呈现出明显的内卷化特征,表现为交往行为的礼貌性、朋友身份的宽泛性和社区参与的有限性。化解这一问题,促进农民工的城市社会融合,需要保持社区的开放性姿态,创造农民工城市社会交往的条件和机会,进行社区管理体制的相应调整。

The Way of the Migrant Workers' Social Inclusion:Based on the Involution Feature of Social Interaction

The social inclusion of migrant workers is the major problem in the development of city.From the social interaction perspective,there is an obvious involution feature in the city life of migrant workers,including the polite interaction behavior,the broad friend relations and the limited community participation.To resolve this problem and promote the social inclusion of migrant workers,we need to keep an open attitude in the community,to create social conditions and opportunities for migrant workers and to adjust the community management system.
