| 摘 要： | 针对我国经济适用房保障方式纷繁复杂的问题,本文提出了基于调控机制的经济适用房保障模式分类,及各类模式的适用性评价指标体系,并定量分析了全国35个重点城市的建议性保障模式。最后,将建议性模式与现行模式进行对比,提出了政策建议。

| Abstract: | To the question of various patterns of China Housing Security,this paper presents the patterns of different mechanism,and constructs a set of assessment index on China affordable housing.And then,takes China 35 major cities as an empirical example to verify these methods,and compares some suggestion patterns with current patterns.Finally,it gives some policy suggestion on development of China Housing Security. |
