摘    要:针对北京市面临的内涝水患和水资源短缺双重矛盾,融合国内外最新的生态雨洪管理理念,提出以绿地和水系为主体,构建城市“绿色海绵”,转变依赖大规模工程设施和管网建设的传统思路,探索雨水资源化的新型景观途径.以北京市亦庄经济技术开发区南拓片区为例,具体研究“绿色海绵”构建的技术方案,规划三级生态雨洪调蓄系统,通过对雨水径流进行源头控制和就地入渗,实现城市防涝、水源涵养和水景营造的多重效益.

Abstract:In order to solve the coexisting conflict of waterlogging and water shortage of Beijing city,it is necessary to integrate the latest concept of ecological stormwater management into urban planning process,and change the tradition of great reliance on large-scale engineering facilities and pipeline construction.This paper explores a new way of stormwater utilization through landscape architecture,structuring the urban green sponge,with green space and water system as the main body.Through a case study in a site in Beijing Yizhuang Development Zone,the technical solution of planning a three level ecological stormwater regulation system is provided.The system can benefit in preventing urban waterlogging,water conservation and creating wetland landscape,via the source control and on spot infiltration of stormwater runoff.
