| Abstract: | Through an analysis of losing efficacy of quality management system,this text puts forward the reasons such as born weakness and unhealth after birth, false action to real play,inacclimatization and fighting in isolation etc.It also probes into the way to prevent QMS from losing efficacy and to promote its validity from such different angles as quality strategy,idea,function,mechanism and culture. |
