| 摘 要： | 通过横向比较分析后认为：我国农村宅基地流转存在管理制度缺陷、村庄规划滞后、基层监管欠缺等问题。在对我国农村宅基地流转进行实证调研后，总结出我国农村宅基地流转模式主要有村集体经济组织内部转让、外部转让、农户自由转让、地方政府主导转让等几种类型，在此基础上提出推动农村宅基地流转的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The analysis of horizontal comparison indicates there exist such issues in the transfer of China’s rural residential land as deficiency of management system,lag of village planning and lack of primary regulation.After an empirical research of the transfer of rural residential land in our country,such main patterns as the internal and external transfer in the village collective economic organizations,the farmers’ free transfer and the local government-leading transfer are summed up. Based on this,some countermeasures and recommendations are put forth to promote the transfer of rural residential land. |
