欠发达区域承接外资产业条件实证分析

基于对产业集聚与产业转移关系在不同类型区域的体现与运用的认识,在预设观点和理论推理的基础上,分别以昆山和北部湾（广西）经济区为案例,从经验解释和实证分析角度研究了两类区域在产业集聚形成过程中的条件呈现。研究表明,在产业转移与产业集聚的互动关系上,市场演化形成产业集聚的情形在中国区域发展过程中并不多见,而外部嵌入式产业集聚则是中国区域发展中占据主流地位的产业集聚模式。尤其是对于欠发达区域,承接产业转移一般先于产业集聚而存在。因此,承接产业转移应是欠发达区域产业集聚形成的重要条件。

Theoretical Empirical Analysis on the Conditions for Underdeveloped Regions Taking over FDI

Based on the acknowledgement that the interactions between industrial transfer and industrial concentration have embodiments reflections and applications in different areas.This article,making a case study on Kunshan and Beibu Gulf Economc Zone in Guangxi and based on preliminary views and theoretical reasoning,researches on the condition presence of two regions in the process of industrial transfer using empirical analysis and experience interpretation methods.The research shows that in the interaction between and industrial concentration,it is not so common in China that market revolution causes industrial concentration.However,external embedded industry is the mainstream of industrial concentration in the regional development in China.Especially for underdeveloped regions,attracting FDI transfer comes into existence before industrial concentration in underdeveloped regions therefore serves as a very important condition for regional industrial concentration in these regions.
