中部城市群产业结构高度化的比较

中部城市群已成为中部地区“增长极”，城市群产业结构高度化推动经济持续发展。基于产业结构演化理论，结合新时期产业升级和产业结构新趋势，提出从产值结构、就业结构、人力资源、技术、生态化和国际化方面构建产业结构高度化评价指标体系。然后，基于信息熵理论和TOPSIS法提出用相对熵距离法对比研究中部五大城市群与珠三角城市群产业结构高度，解决了现有“标准结构”和评价方法不足等问题。结果表明：中部城市群产业结构高度较低，结构不协调，内部差异明显，呈二级梯度分布；由于其技术水平和国际化水平较低，导致就业结构和产业生态化水平也较低；但在工业产值结构和人力资源质量上略有优势。

A Comparative Study on the Industrial Structure Upgrading between Urban Agglomerations in Central China

Urban agglomerations is the gowth poles in Central China.Industrial structure upgrading promots economy sustainably.Based on the evolution rules of the industrial structure,with a view to the new tendency of industrial structure,the evaluation index system of hight of industrial structure is put forward from 6 aspects of output structure,employment structure,human resources,technology,ecologicalization and internationalization.Then,based on the information entropy and TOPSIS,the method of relative entropy is advised to measure the level of industrial struture between urban agglomerations in Central China and Pearl River Delta in order to elimate the flaws of "standard structure" and existing methods.It is found: the industrial structure in central urban agglomeration is absonant and lower than that in the Pearl River Delta,and shows big difference with two-level distribution.Owing to lower technology and internationalization,their employment structure and ecologization level are relatively lower.Their weak advantage only shows in the level of output of industrial structure and the quality of human resources.
