| 摘 要： | 在新一轮大力加强援疆力度的背景下,研究以喀什经济特区建设为突破口促进新疆经济社会整体协调稳定可持续发展的策略具有理论和实践的意义。研究认为,以喀什经济特区的建设为突破口,通过集聚与扩散效应、以点线面结合的方式,是实现经济社会整体协调稳定可持续发展的必然选择,同时有针对性的提出了基于喀什经济特区建设为突破口的新疆跨跃式发展的政策建议。 |

| Abstract: | The research of strategy against marginalization to promote overall coordination of economic and social stability in Xinjiang Sustainable Development that from the breakthrough of Kashi special economic zone has theoretical and practical significance.And it’s the inevitable choice to realize the overall coordination stable and sustainable development of the economic society Kashi special economic zone as a breakthrough,through the concentration and diffusion effect and the way of combining point,line and plane and the policy about marginalization of Xinjiang based on the economic and social development of Kashi special economic zone construction as the breakthrough should be proposed in a targeted manner. |
