浙江港口发展与省域综合竞争力提升的动态关联效应

摘    要:构建港口发展与综合竞争力提升的评价指标体系,运用灰色系统建模,计算近10年浙江港口发展与综合竞争力提升的关联程度。结果表明:浙江港口发展与综合竞争力提升的关联度较强且时间上具有明显的阶段性,“十五”期间呈直线强化态势,“十一五”期间出现由弱转强态势;港口集群化的演变、港口物流需求结构的变动以及周边其他港口的激烈竞争是导致上述动态特征的成因机理;港口发展对实力系统和能力系统产生直接贡献、对潜力系统和活力系统产生间接贡献。最后,提出了加速浙江港口发展同步提升省域综合竞争力的政策建议。

Abstract:The paper constructs the evaluation index system of coast port development and comprehensive Competitiveness Promotion.Using "Grey System".makes a model,to calculate the correlation degree of the Zhejiang coast port development and comprehensive competitiveness promotion in the past 10 years.The results show that Zhejiang coast port development and comprehensive competitiveness’ correlation degree is based on a strong basis,but has apparent stages,appeared strengthening trend during the tenth five-year plan、appeared weak to strong trend during The eleventh five-year plan.Evolution of coast port clustering,the change of port logistics demand ′structure and the fierce competition from other ports is the causes that lead up to above-mentioned dynamic characteristics.The port development generates a direct contribution to strength system and ability system,a indirect contribution to potential system and vitality system.Finally,According to the results,the paper proposes policy recommendations to accelerating Zhejiang port development and synchronous upgrading Zhejiang′comprehensive competitiveness.
