苏鲁产业合作模式比较及其合作路径研究

从省际产业合作模式及其合作路径的选择出发，对苏鲁两省产业合作的模式进行了研究，并提出了两省产业合作发展的路径。研究表明：①全国省际产业合作主要分为三种模式：“政府主导型”产业合作模式、“企业主导型”产业合作模式、“行业协会主导型”产业合作模式，苏鲁两省产业合作发展应选择政府主导、市场主导、企业主导相结合的“三主导复合模式”。②根据苏鲁两省产业合作的模式提出了苏鲁两省产业合作的五条路径，即搭建一个产业合作平台、打破两个产业合作壁垒、建立三个产业合作机制、拓宽四个产业合作、实现五个产业合作对接，为苏鲁产业合作提供了有力的科学依据。

The Comparison of Industrial Cooperation Model of Jiangsu and Shandong and the Study of Path of Cooperation

The industrial cooperation among provincial is a hot issue of national economic development since the reform and opening up.In this study from a new perspective that provincial’ s industrial cooperation model and its inter-provincial cooperation option path starting,conducted a study of Provinces of Jiangsu and Shandong’s industrial cooperation model,and made a path for the development of industrial cooperation the two provinces.Results are shown as follows.① National inter-provincial industry cooperation is divided into three modes: The industrial cooperation of government-led model,the industrial cooperation of business-oriented,the industrial cooperation of industry association-led,the development of industrial cooperation of Jiangsu and Shandong provinces should be selected government-led,market-driven,enterprise-led combination of the "three leading composite model".②According to industry cooperation model of Jiangsu and Shandong to proposed the five path of industrial cooperation of Jiangsu and Shandong,build a platform for industrial cooperation,break two barriers to industrial cooperation,establishment of three industrial cooperation of mechanism,expand four industrial cooperation,achieve five industrial cooperations’ docking,provide a strong scientific basis that Industrial cooperation for Jiangsu and Shandong.
