全球化发展下我国转基因技术的风险评估与风险管理分析

转基因技术发展以来一直饱受争议，公众对于转基因技术的讨论多聚焦于“安全性”问题，因此，政府对于转基因技术的安全评估与风险管理方式尤为重要。本文从转基因的安全性评估与风险管理角度切入，分析美国、欧盟、日本等地区对于转基因技术的风险管理方式，对比分析其与我国的差异，期望藉由良好的风险评估与完善的风险管理方法来提高我国公众对转基因技术的认知度。

Risk assessment and risk management analysis of GM technology in China under the background of globalization

GM (Genetically modified) technology has provoked fierce controversies and criticisms ever since its emergence, and the problem of safety of GM technology has long been the most heated topic among the public. Therefore, the risk assessment and risk management by the government is becoming more and more vital. The article analyzes the management modes of GM technology by the main countries and regions (etc. the US, EU and Japan) from the perspectives of safety assessment and risk management, compares China with them to analyze the differences, expecting to improve public''s support for GM technology through thorough risk assessment and management methods.
