关于提升铜陵城市竞争力的对策研究

城市竞争力是城市经济、社会、科技、环境等综合发展能力的集中体现,是一项系统工程。为了提升铜陵城市竞争力,文章结合新形势下城市竞争力的内涵及其特征,从综合经济实力、产业结构、科技创新、基础设施、对外开放度、市民素质、政府效能等方面着手,通过铜陵与其他皖江五市的比较,综合分析了铜陵城市竞争力的现状及其制约因素,并给出了相应的政策建议。

On the Countermeasures to Enhance the Competitiveness of Tongling

The Urban Competitiveness is a systematic project,which is a concentrated expression of the urban economic,social,technological,environmental and other development capacity.In order to enhance the competitiveness of Tongling,the paper compares Tongling with the other five cities in Wanjiang from the comprehensive economic strength,industrial structure,technological innovation,infrastructure,the degree of opening up the quality of the citizens,the government＇s performance,and finds status quo of the competitiveness and its constraints of Tongling,after analyzing the connotation and characteristics of urban competitiveness in the new situation.In the end,a new appropriate policy recommendation for it is brought forward.
