从深圳的实证研究谈我国旅游酒店管理高职教育的改革

采用问卷方式，以深圳为例，对深圳地区部分酒店企业和高职类酒店管理专业在校学生进行了调查。调查根据行业管理人员和学生对20项从业技能与能力在其职业生涯中的重要程度进行排序，并比较排序差异。调查发现二者对自我管理、主动性、创造性思维、外语运用等6项技能与能力的排序存在显著差异。分析了差异产生的原因，并就工学结合模式下我国高职类酒店管理专业的教学改革提出了建议。

On the Innovation of China's Higher Occupational and Technical Education in Hospitality Management Through an Empirical Study from Shenzhen

This research is to compare the perspectives of 20 key skills important to successful career between the hospitality industry managers and students in Shenzhen area through self--answered questionnaires. The result indicates that there are significant differences between the perceptions of two sample groups in six skills such as self--management,initiative,creative thinking and foreign language. The reasons of differences have been discussed and suggestions on how to reform China＇s higher occupational and technical education in hospitality management have been made based upon the analysis.
