In this paper,by analyzing the factors that impact on the China’s real estate market continued to rise,including China’s macroeconomy will continue to maintain the good momentum,the rapid increase of urbanization level,the appreciation of the Renminbi(RMB) is still in the climbing channel,etc.And the factors that push the real estate market to return to rational,including increasing interests,increase the supply of the supporting housing,to raise the down payment mortgage,real estate development and land reserve loans under strict control,the levy of property tax,etc.And specific analyze of how they affect the market,and eventually reach a conclusion.
