| 摘 要： | 中国乳业有四种主要的纵向组织模式,是由上下游主体通过理性的决策而形成的,具有共同的交错式特征;在每一种模式中,奶农都处于受"要挟"境地,不利于乳业的健康发展,乳品加工企业、政府和原奶生产者须共同采取行动来优化现有的纵向组织模式.

| Abstract: | There are four kinds of important vertical integration patterns,which are selected by farmers and processing enterprises according to their rationality. In every pattern,famers are faced with the holdup problem,which has a negative influence on the development of Chinese diary.Processing enterprises,government and farmers should take some measures to optimize the patterns. |
