| 摘 要： | 以桂林临桂县为例，从创业行业选择、经营方式、组织形式和创业机会来源等四个方面探析了广西农民创业行为特征及其形成的宏微观原因。针对农民创业行为特征形成的多方面原因和农民在创业中遇到的困难，提出政策建议。

| Abstract: | Taking Lingui,Guilin for example,from the venture industry choice,mode of operation,organizational forms and sources of entrepreneurial opportunities,the paper analyzed the characteristics of the Guangxi peasants' entrepreneurial behavior and the formation of micro-macro reasons.Finally,some advice has been proposed aimed at the deep reasons why Guangxi peasants' enterprising came into such a situation and the problems that peasants encountered in the enterprising. |
