关于技术变化宏观空间特征的理论进展

本文系统回顾了关于技术变化宏观空间特征的国际理论进展．针对谁处于世界技术中心、技术能否在国家之间自由贸易和梯度转移、跨国公司是否会把先进技术带到全球三大问题。分析介绍了长波周期理论、技术中心──边缘理论、新国际劳动地域分工理论及其学术争论、关于国际技术市场基本贸易特征的理论观点、关于技术知识积累和集聚的理论观点、跨国公司对外直接投资（FDI）理论和关于跨国公司技术创新活动区位特征的理论认识．指出这些理论对发展中国家的借鉴意义．以期对中国当前的改革开放实践提供有关科学基础。

A REVIEW ON THE THEORETICAL ACHIEVEMENTS CONCERNING THE SPATIAL FEATURES OF TECHNOLOGY CHANGE

Aiming at providing scientific basis for China-s development under deepened reform and open - door po1icies, this paper gives a summary of the international theoretical achievements in the aspect of the spatial features of technology change. All the introduced theories are surrunoding three major issures needing answering badly. that is- 1)where is the center of techonology advancement; 2)if technology could move freely or shirt automatically amomg countries;3)whether or not the transnational corporations could spread advanced technology worldwide. The major theotetical work introduced are: long - wave theory.theological center - periphery theory.new international division of labor theoretical argument, theoretical idea son the basic features of international technology trading market.theoretical argument on knowledge and technology accmulati on.representative theoties of the foreign direct investment(FID) of transnational corporation.and the theoreticaL ideas about the location tendency of the innovations of transnational corporations. In addition,the reference implications of these theoretical achievements for eveloping countries are put forward.
