摘    要:无固定期限劳动合同是劳动合同的一种重要形式。新《劳动合同法》通过完善无固定期限劳动合同制度,加大对劳动者的保护力度。文章从无固定期限劳动合同的基本规定出发,论述了无固定期限劳动合同的特征、订立、解除等基本问题。同时,新法颁布后,对无固定期限劳动合同在实践中可能遇到的问题进行了初步分析。

Abstract:The flexible - term labor contract is an important kind of labor contract. It related to the practical interests of the broad masses of workers and employers greatly affects the stability and harmony of labor relations. Labor Contract Law has intensified the protection of workers. The paper investigates and discusses some typical problems at present in theory and practice about flexible-term labor contract.
