略论生态文明与全面建设小康社会

文中首先说明生态文明对人、社会经济、生产力、消费力的发展、对社会文明的作用；接着提出,我国多年来生态环境还存在不少问题,不利于全面建设小康社会,必须加大防治.还提出要建立有利于生态文明的消费模式；树立生态文明观念,建立节约资源和保护环境的模式；并采取各种有效手段,保护、治理生态环境；要优化产业结构,加速发展第三产业,弘扬生态文明,以利于全面建设小康社会.

On Ecological Civilization and the Overall Construction of a Well-to-do Society

This paper first expound the importance of ecological civilization to human,social economy,productivity,consumption and social civilization;then points out the ecological problems which impedes the construction of a well-to-do society.It holds that we should build a consumption model to promote the ecological civilization,advocate the concept of ecological civilization,establish the resource-saving and environment-protecting model,and take all measures to protect the ecological environment,optimize industrial structure and develop tertiary industry in order to build a well-to-do society.
