| Abstract: | The analysis firstly concentrates on the management of production worksites in the project of LJ-7 stage in Baofu highways. And then an explanation is given to the steps and methods of 55 management execution, followed by the design of methods in strengthening the basic management through the promotion of 5S management. Therefore, it is proved from practice that good results have been obtained. |
