高铁钢轨预打磨工艺的探讨

摘    要:近年来,我国高速铁路呈现跨越式发展。为有针对性地消除钢轨病害并延长钢轨寿命,对其进行合理打磨显得愈为重要,文章对武广、广深港客运专线的钢轨预防性打磨工艺进行实践研究。针对铁路客运专线的钢轨光带分布、顶面波磨及轮轨两点接触不良的特点,采用不同的角度模式、适当的走行速度、合理的打磨功率相结合的方式进行钢轨打磨作业。

Abstract:The high speed railway in our country is developing in a leaping way in recent years.For the purpose of elimination the rail disease reasonably,and extending the rail life,the grinding of the rail is becoming a more and more important rail maintenance technology.The preventive grinding technology is discussed in the paper on special passenger line from Wuhan to Guangzhou,Guangzhou to Shenzhen.According to the distribution of rail light band,the grinding wave of rail top surface,and a poor two-point contact between wheel and rail,different angel modes,appropriate walking speed,and reasonable grinding power are combined to accomplish the rail pre-grinding.
