| 摘 要： | 目前,制约高职院校学生思想政治工作队伍建设和发展的因素很多,寻找症结所在,分析产生的原因,有针对性地制定一些切实可行的措施并加以解决,是保证高职院校学生思想政治工作队伍生机与活力的前提,也是实现中央十六号文件提出的高校学生工作队伍“三化”要求的重要保证。

| Abstract: | At present,the constraints of students ideological and political work team building and development in vocational college are many.To find out the crux of the problem,analyze causes,make a number of practical measures to develop and solve the problems to ensure the vigor and vitality of students ideological and political work team in the ranks are the premise,but also the guarantee to realize the requests of the Central 16th Paper for college students workforce. |
