摘    要:人力资源是二十一世纪企业最具竞争力的资源。人力资源管理的信息化必须在企业共同愿景的指引下,并与企业战略相一致,才能实现企业人力资本的积累,提升企业的核心竞争力。然而,人力资源信息化的绩效如何,必须对之进行客观、完整的评价。平衡计分卡则是将公司愿景与战略转换为组织行动的利器,以平衡计分卡为基础,建立人力资源信息化绩效评价体系,有助于全面衡量企业信息化的效果,推动成为企业信息化建设不断深入。

Abstract:The human resources are the most competitive resources of enterprise in 21st century,.the informationization of human resources management must be under the leadership of the enterprises common-prospect and conformed with the business strategies, which could realize the accumulation of enterprise's human capital and promote the key competitiveness of enterprises. However, how performance on it is human resource informationalized is be,must be appraisaled objectively.Balanced Scorecard is the right way to turn the enterprises prospect and the strategy into company practiacl, based on Balanced Scorecard,ang set up the evaluation system of human resources information-based performance, would be helpful to weigh enterprise result of informationization in an all-round way and promote the enterprise's information construction deepen constantly.
