摘    要:根据标准GB/T7573-2009《纺织品水萃取液pH值的测定》的检测方法,结合数学模型、实验流程两方面分析纺织品pH值测定时的不确定度。样品质量、萃取液体积、数字结果修约、实验重复性、pH计测试仪、pH计标定以及液体温度等均会引入测试结果的不确定度,其中重复性和液体温度是影响结果的主要因素。本实验置信度95%时不确定度为7.0±0.2。

Abstract:The analysis of the uncertainty during the pH determination is undertaken in accordance with the methods of GB/T7573-2009 through the relevant mathematical model and experiment process. Either of the extracted liquid volume, digital correction, the repetition of experiment, the pH tester, instrument calibration or liquid temperature might result in the pH determination uncertainty, where the repetition of experiment and liquid temperature are the main reasons. In this experiment the uncertainty is 7.0 ± 0.2 when the confidence level is 95%.
