| 摘 要： | 目前，我国金融消费者保护存在一些困境。市场在一定程度上可以为金融消费者提供相应保护，但是由于信息不完全、垄断性市场、搭便车以及外部性等问题，易造成市场失灵。政府介入在一定程度上可以弥补市场失灵，为金融消费者的权益提供有效保护。但是由于政府经纪人、执行不力以及腐败寻租等行为的存在，也极易导致政府失灵。因此政府介入金融消费者权益保护的同时需要注意政府失灵的防范。 |

| Abstract: | At present, there are some predicaments in our financial consumer protection. Market can provide appropriate protections for financial consumers to some extent, but incomplete information, the monopoly market, free-riding, as well as external problems lead to market failure. Government intervention can provide some compensates for market failure and provide effective protection for financial consumers. However, the government broker, poor implementation and rent-seeking corruption can easily lead to government failure. So the government should take prevention measures to avoid market failure when intervening in the financial consumer protection. |
