| 摘 要： | 集群式供应链概念的提出到现在不过短短数年的时间，但集群式供应链的发展却是异常的迅速，这不仅仅有经济环境的原因，也有技术进步的推动作用，电子商务的出现从根本上来说不仅改变了传统供应链的发展模式，也促进了集群式供应链的高速发展。
