摘    要:在我国改革开放的年代,一大批企业能在内外市场竞争中越战战强,充满生机,关键一条就在于这些企业有一批有头脑、懂业务、精于经营、善于管理、有胆识、敢于开拓、勇于进取的企业人才当家;同样,一些企业之所以在由计划经济向市场经济转化过程中,生产经营不景气,甚至由于亏损而濒临倒闭,其根本一条,也在于这些企业缺乏治理有道的英才,在于企业领导不善于培养、选拔、使用人才。由此可见,人才确实在多项事业的发展中起着非常关键的作用,古今中外,人世间任何竞争,归根到底是人才的竞争。

Abstract:Our country is going through stages of reforming and opening up to internal and external markets and their competition. Furthermore, management and production are demoralized The environment in which these companies operate is also transforming from a planned to a market economy. To be successful in this, companies need to be vigorous, adaptable, courageous and have good management. Human talents play a key role in helping these companies adapt. These companies therefore need to find, develop and train their human resources to facilitate the necessary changes. This text highlights the importance of management and administration staff and shows the importance of resource management.
